Speaking of which, my friend and I was looking at houses and we just laughed when we stumbled upon this deal. It was horrendously wrong in so many levels.

For the house you see above.. it was advertised on the market for $420, 000 plus - and it doesnt end there, even the kitchen, living area and bathroom was in complete shambles. Compare that it this house (below) which was also selling in the same area for $420,000 max - 3 bedrooms, ensuite, spa and plenty of land with a beautiful kitchen to top things off.
